Almodডvar Their kids might never have become famous if they hadn’t persuaded their reluctant parents to join TikTok. “It all started with our daughter Araselis. He was studying at the AMDA College of the Performing Arts in Los Angeles and said we need to start a tick-tack profile. At first we were hesitant. I work in radio and my wife is a teacher, and now our daughter wants us to do TikToks? We didn’t even know what it was [laughs]Father Zimman admits. “But then he explained and showed us the rope. So, we tried and it just took its own life. What I like about it is that you can literally create any content you want and there is a niche for anything. I can remember playing in TV when I was in Puerto Rico and when I was younger, but circumstances did not allow me to pursue that dream. My father abused my mother and had to flee our country. My dreams took a back seat when we got here. Then my mission became to learn a whole new way of life and adapt to this culture. But being able to go to this platform and revive that part of myself was such that I found a part of me that was missing. The funny thing is that my daughter and my son got their acting skills from me and now I see my wife taking part in it, which is amazing. ” Their stupid skits are a reflection of their close family ties. “It simply came to our notice then. We like to spend time with each other, spend family fun nights, watch movies, go for walks, go to the theater, meditate, have dinner together when we can – everything. Now, with that said, we Is Family, so not everything peaches and creams. But at the end of the day, we mean a lot to each other. ”
Obviously, their audience also wants to have fun. In less than 17 months, 1.6 million followers have been credited to their account. “It was amazing. We reached 100K in the first month so we knew we had to have something unique. More and more people became interested in what we were doing. At this point people were saying we should have a show. We think so many people Being able to connect with and resonate with us for them and the content we publish is relevant. It’s a wonderful connection we’ve made with our viewers – and we’re glad we can make them smile. ” Then a new reality show was born. “We received an email about the opportunity to work with a platform called Trailer TV. At first they wanted us to go live, but we wanted to do more than that. We knew we had something special so we took the opportunity to explore that idea. I talked to some friends and we got to work. From screenwriting to directing to recording and editing, it was a concerted effort – but we are proud to have done it ourselves. When we introduced the pilot to the trailer, they liked it. They’ve got a very well-produced show that can stand with toes with any show on TV. We were blessed to create two seasons for them. It was a moment of great pride for all of us. “
GMan is proud to portray a real family through the show. “It’s very authentic. We’re not playing a role; we’re really just writing ideas and developing the whole thing. It was very easy for us. Usually a sitcom depicts a family of different actors. But being able to be a real family is another perspective. This is a unique experience and we can collaborate very well. I mean, we live together, so there’s a lot of time to talk and come up with ideas. It’s special when you can do whatever you like with those you like. ” He says the family wants to continue giving others the gift of laughter. “We will continue to make videos that excite people and make them laugh. We believe that laughter heals and, with everything going on in the world right now, we feel that people need some time to calm their souls and heal. We hope to inspire others not to take life so seriously and to grow with the flow, not just with the flow. Life is too short. Let’s enjoy the gift of life. The future is bright. We hope we can connect with the right people and move on to our next step. You can achieve this if you believe it. It may require sacrifice, hard work and dedication, but we believe in what we are doing so we know we will achieve it. “Be sure to check out Season 2 of The Swagmodovars!
